# Coach Disengagement Process

We intend to keep a transparent process to enable the healthy participation of Coaches. However, there may be cases where a Coach wants to disengage from CoachCollective or cannot participate in any activities to enable Foundership Cohort startups. 

**Inactive Participation**: If a Coach hasn't participated in any activities in one calendar year, they will be suggested to disengage from CoachCollective.

**Role Changes**: If a Coach has changed their roles, such as joining a Startup /Company that might conflict with CoachDAO Rules or intends to move on from CoachCollective.

**Community Rules**: In case a Coach has broken the Community Rules.

CoachCollective governance team will host the Coach Disengagement process as and when needed.
